WEEK 5

 

THESIS WRITING WORKSHOP (CHAPTER 1,2, AND 3)

This week, a workshop was conducted via Microsoft Teams. Attendance is compulsory for all FYP 1, FYP 2 and IFYP students. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Shah Rizailli Mukhtar.

Time: 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm

Venue: Online - Microsoft Teams

In the workshop, Mr. Shah has briefed us about:

·         Introduction (Chapter 1), Literature Review (Chapter 2), and Methodology (Chapter 3)

·         Recommendation on technical writing

At the end of the workshop, students will be able to:

·         Understand the importance of writing a good technical report proposal for FYP 1

·         Understand how to write a detailed introduction and literature review chapter for a technician proposal

·         Write these three chapters with care and attention to detail

·         Submit the draft to the supervisor for his review and comment about the chapters
